YFX is a decentralized perpetual exchange designed for trading with leverage up to 100x. It operates using a PvPool (PvP) trading mechanism, which facilitates direct interaction and trading between individual traders and established liquidity pools. The YFX token serves as the native utility and governance token for the Your Futures Exchange platform. Holders of the YFX token are entitled to several benefits. These include the opportunity to earn a share, specifically 30%, of the platform's accumulated transaction fees. Additionally, with the anticipated release of YFX V4, token holders will gain the right to participate in governance by voting on community proposals, contributing to the platform's future direction.

All fees generated through the Your Futures Exchange platform are entirely distributed back to its community. This distribution includes specific fees related to ChainLink, Signer services, and other operational costs, which are disbursed on a weekly basis. In addition to direct distribution, the platform periodically conducts token buybacks and burning events. These actions are designed to manage the token supply and potentially benefit the ecosystem by reducing the total circulating tokens over time.

Your Futures Exchange has progressed through several iterations, including versions V1, V2, and V3, with V4 currently in the planning stages. A significant strategic shift involves YFX V3 and the upcoming V4 being developed for deployment on the Arbitrum blockchain. Following the release of V3, support for services on other blockchains such as BSC, Heco, xDai, and Tron will be discontinued. Users on these networks will be required to migrate their funds to Arbitrum using the dedicated YFX Cross-chain Bridge to continue utilizing the platform.
