The MCG token is the native utility token that drives the ecosystem's economy. It is an ERC-20 token deployed on the Ethereum network and the Immutable zkEVM rollup. Within the game, MCG is used for a variety of essential functions. Players use the token to craft and mint in-game assets as NFTs, such as vehicles and equipment, ensuring true digital ownership. It also facilitates the upgrading of units, repairs of damaged machinery, and the purchase of cosmetic items or gameplay enhancements. In addition to its role as a medium of exchange, the MCG token is integrated into the game's reward structure. Players can earn tokens by completing missions, winning battles, and participating in seasonal leaderboard events. The token is designed to work alongside other in-game currencies, such as Shards and Hyperium, to create a balanced economy that supports both free-to-play and play-to-earn models.
