humanDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization designed to bridge the digital divide for underserved communities globally. Its goal is to provide individuals with access to digital "gigs," education, and funding, enabling them to participate in the Web3 economy. By leveraging blockchain technology, the project creates remote work opportunities and provides the tools necessary for people in developing regions to improve their livelihoods through technology and internet connectivity.

There are three primary earning pathways. The Human Task Force (HTF) is a gig-economy platform where users complete micro-tasks such as data entry or AI training for various projects. The humanDAO Academy allows users to finish educational modules to earn non-transferable NFTs that act as digital resumes for future employment. Additionally, the DAO offers Play-to-Earn scholarships, lending gaming assets to members so they can generate income from blockchain games without needing to purchase assets upfront.

HDAO is the primary governance token of the ecosystem. It represents voting power and ownership within the DAO, allowing holders to shape the project's future and participate in its growth. ENRG is the specific utility token used within the Human Task Force. While HDAO is used for governance and value accrual, ENRG serves as the payment medium to compensate workers for their tasks and is used by clients to purchase services on the platform.

HDAO utility is driven by governance rights and a "buy and burn" economic model. Fees generated from the platform's services are used to purchase HDAO tokens from the market, which are then permanently removed from circulation. This process creates consistent demand linked directly to the platform's growth. Furthermore, HDAO can be staked, where users who lock their tokens for longer periods receive increased rewards and greater influence in community voting.

The project employs a multi-faceted security approach, utilizing multi-signature wallets where multiple reputable contributors must authorize treasury movements. Governance is decentralized through a "sub-DAO" structure to prevent single points of failure. Token holders participate in decision-making via a community forum for discussion and a voting platform for final approvals. This ensures that the community maintains control over the project’s strategic direction and social impact initiatives.

The project is progressing through a three-phase plan. After completing initial testing and training in Phase 0, it is currently in Phase 1, focusing on scaling specialized Web3 use cases. The ultimate goal, Phase 2, is to become a global "Open Platform." In this stage, humanDAO aims to function as a decentralized marketplace for global tasks, connecting workers from underserved communities with businesses worldwide, serving as a blockchain-based alternative to major freelance platforms.
