The rebrand marks a strategic transition from a Web3 guild to an infrastructure provider. Saakuru Labs now focuses on its native gasless blockchain and the MetaOne wallet, moving beyond simple play-to-earn models to support a wider ecosystem of developers and mainstream users.

Users can migrate their AAG tokens to SKR through the official Saakuru Transparency Portal. The process typically involves a two-month lock-up period followed by three months of linear vesting. Once converted, the new SKR token can be traded on major exchanges like LBank as the project shifts its focus to the new ecosystem.

SKR is the core utility token for Saakuru Labs. It is used for governance, allowing holders to vote on DAO proposals, and staking to earn rewards or reduce developer fees. Additionally, it ensures transaction security and powers the project's deflationary mechanism through ecosystem-driven token burns.

Saakuru uses a credit-based system where developers stake SKR to cover transaction costs for their users. This allows gamers and app users to interact with the blockchain without needing to hold native tokens for gas, creating a frictionless experience similar to traditional internet applications.

MetaOne is a seedless wallet that utilizes assisted self-custody via social logins and biometrics instead of complex 12-word seed phrases. This approach targets mainstream users who find traditional wallets difficult to use, offering a more intuitive and secure experience within the Saakuru ecosystem.

The project uses a deflationary mechanism where a percentage of developer profits, Taffy DEX fees, and governance proposal fees are used to buy back and burn tokens. This process reduces the total supply, which is capped at 1,000,000,000 SKR tokens, to help manage the circulating supply as the ecosystem grows.
