Xfai is a decentralized exchange (DEX) aimed at resolving fragmented liquidity and high slippage, particularly for small to mid-cap tokens in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. It provides a platform for swapping any token with minimal slippage and enhanced price discovery. The project employs a novel double-weighted constant product market maker model and singular token pools to achieve concentrated liquidity.

The XFIT token is central to the Xfai ecosystem. It can be staked in Xfai's "Infinity Staking" program, allowing stakers to earn fees from swaps on the Xfai DEX. These earnings can be in various assets, including ETH, USDT, and USDC. When XFIT is staked, it is permanently burned, contributing to a deflationary token economy. This mechanism reduces the total supply over time, potentially increasing scarcity.

Xfai's core technology utilizes a double-weighted constant product market maker model and a unique architecture that consolidates liquidity into singular token pools. This design ensures that every token is directly swappable with every other token in a single hop, which effectively minimizes slippage and improves capital efficiency. The platform also incorporates a Slippage Optimization Contract (SOC) where a portion of XFAI tokens from trades is sent to a Deep Pool, with a percentage allocated to XFIT stakers.

The maximum supply of XFai (XFIT) is either 213,688,896.90 or 400,000,000, as reported by different sources. Token distribution includes allocations for private and public sales, liquidity farming, and the overall ecosystem. The deflationary mechanism of XFIT staking, where staked tokens are permanently burned, further influences its supply dynamics.
