VEMP Horizon is a specialized Layer 3 blockchain built on Arbitrum Orbit, designed to power community-driven, player-owned game economies. It represents a strategic pivot from the original vEmpire, which functioned as a Metaverse investment organization. Now, VEMP Horizon serves as a dedicated gaming infrastructure provider for indie studios. By leveraging Layer 3 technology, it offers Ethereum-level security with significantly lower gas fees and higher throughput, making it ideal for frequent on-chain gaming micro-transactions.

VEMP has undergone a mandatory migration from its legacy chains, such as Ethereum and BNB, to Arbitrum One and the VEMP Horizon network. This swap occurs at a 1:1 ratio. To improve the ecosystem's tokenomics, the maximum supply has been reduced from 810 million to 500 million VEMP. For users holding tokens on exchanges like LBank, the migration is typically handled automatically. Users with private wallets can perform the swap through the official VEMP Migration Portal.

The VEMP token has transitioned into the native gas token for the VEMP Horizon network. It is required to pay for all network transaction fees, provides the foundation for incentivizing validators, and facilitates liquidity across the ecosystem. Beyond its role as gas, the token is used for network governance and grants holders exclusive access to VEMP-built applications and partner airdrops, making it the central pillar of the project's gaming infrastructure.

Nodes are the backbone of network security, responsible for verifying transactions on the VEMP Horizon blockchain. To operate a node, a user must hold one of the 20,000 available Node License Keys, which are issued as unique NFTs. Validators are rewarded with a share of network transaction fees and governance rights. To ensure accessibility, the project provides a simplified NodeOps Console and deployment guides, allowing non-technical community members to participate in securing the network.

The VEMP Horizon ecosystem already features titles such as Antara: Raiders & Royals, Penguin Karts, and Warring Tribes. The 2025 roadmap focuses on expansion, with Q1 dedicated to developer incentive programs and community grants. By Q2 2025, the project plans to launch the VEMP Arcade and integrate Telegram-based games. Furthermore, a specialized Gaming Incubator provides SDKs and support for indie studios looking to build sustainable on-chain economies on the Horizon chain.

To view a VEMP balance on the Horizon network, users must manually add the VEMP Horizon network details to their compatible Web3 wallet using the official RPC settings. Once the network is configured and connected, the balance will appear. For trading, VEMP is available on major cryptocurrency exchanges, including LBank. The transition to a Layer 3 environment ensures that moving and utilizing these tokens within the gaming ecosystem is fast and cost-effective.
