Holders can earn rewards by locking their tokens within PrimeStaking NFTs. These staked NFTs grant holders 40% of the profits generated by PrimeFi, a portion of royalties from the PrimePort marketplace, and additional rewards from the ecosystem's dedicated PRFI reward pool.
The ecosystem features a unique "NFT Staking" model where users stake their PRFI tokens directly inside an NFT rather than a standard smart contract. As more tokens are added or as time passes, the NFT levels up, which increases the user's reward multiplier. This system is designed to incentivize long-term participation by offering higher rewards to those who grow their staked position within their digital assets.
Users have two primary methods to access their staked PRFI. They can use the "Burn to Redeem" function, which permanently destroys the NFT to return 100% of the staked tokens to the user. Alternatively, users can choose to withdraw PRFI without burning the NFT; however, this action incurs a 20% withdrawal fee. This fee is redistributed to the remaining participants in the reward pool, acting as a deflationary mechanism that rewards long-term holders.
PRFI is available for trading on prominent centralized exchanges such as LBank, as well as various decentralized exchanges across supported networks like XDC and Base.
