Polytrade is a decentralized protocol focused on the tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWAs). Originally established to provide liquidity to SMEs through invoice tokenization, it has transformed into a comprehensive RWA marketplace aggregator. Often called the "Home of RWAs," the platform bridges traditional finance and decentralized finance by allowing users to access asset-backed yields. It centralizes diverse assets from various protocols, enabling investors to engage with everything from real estate to trade finance in a single ecosystem.

The $TRADE token is the native utility and governance asset of the Polytrade ecosystem. It allows holders to participate in protocol governance by voting on upgrades and asset listings. Additionally, users can stake $TRADE to earn protocol rewards and secure early access to high-demand asset drops. Polytrade pioneered the ERC-6960 "Dual-Layer" token standard, which is specifically designed for the complexities of real-world assets. This standard allows for the fractionalization of assets while maintaining the distinct identity of the underlying physical or financial instrument. This is essential for transparency and security, as it ensures that metadata and ownership records for specific assets—like a particular invoice or property deed—are preserved even when ownership is split among multiple participants. It also facilitates secondary market liquidity within the ecosystem.

The current strategy, known as "RWA 360," focuses on establishing Polytrade as a complete suite for asset issuance, compliance, and secondary market liquidity. A major component is the 2026 rollout of RWA AI-Agents, which assist users in automating asset discovery and risk analysis. The roadmap also highlights institutional expansion, such as the integration into the Mastercard Multi-Token Network and the acquisition of music royalty distribution arms, which brings tokenized intellectual property from major global artists onto the platform.

Polytrade is a multi-chain protocol supporting several networks, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, XDC, and Plume. It integrates Chainlink CCIP to enable secure cross-chain asset transfers.
