Due to the Poly Network bridge security breach in 2023, Polker migrated its entire ecosystem to the Polygon network. The original tokens on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain are now deprecated. A snapshot was taken on July 24, 2023, and users who held tokens at that time are eligible to claim the new Polygon-based PKR through the project's official claim portal. This migration ensures the security and integrity of the token supply within the new ecosystem.

Liquidity for the original Ethereum and BSC versions of PKR was intentionally removed to prevent the trading of compromised tokens following the 2023 bridge incident. Currently, only the Polygon-native PKR is active and supported. Users looking to trade or acquire the official PKR token should utilize the project's official claim portal or reputable exchanges like LBank to ensure they are interacting with the correct and current contract address.

Polker utilizes a dual-token system to separate utility from gameplay. PKR is the primary on-chain utility and governance token used for ecosystem interactions and staking. In contrast, "Spades" serves as the dedicated in-game currency used for actual play. While players can purchase Spades using PKR, Spades hold no real-world value outside the gaming environment. This structure allows the platform to operate as a social casino while adhering to global gaming regulations by avoiding direct wagering of assets with external value.

The PKR-Pass is a seasonal progression system that allows players to unlock exclusive seasonal NFTs, unique animations, and "Scraps." These Scraps are essential resources used to forge keys required for entry into high-stakes tournaments.
