There are two main methods to convert mSOL back to SOL. The Instant Unstake option allows you to swap your mSOL for SOL immediately, often through a decentralized exchange aggregator or Marinade's own instant feature. This convenience typically involves a small fee, usually ranging from 0.3% to 1%. Alternatively, for a fee-free option, you can use the Delayed Unstake feature on the Marinade platform. With this method, your SOL will be claimable after a waiting period, typically between 2 to 4 days, corresponding to 2-3 Solana epochs.
