The Looping Collective is a DeFi ecosystem operating on the HyperEVM network that specializes in Liquid Looping Tokens (LLTs). Its core mission is to simplify and automate complex yield strategies, such as recursive staking, into single composable tokens. By pooling liquidity, the protocol allows users to automate the process of staking assets, borrowing against them, and re-staking the borrowed amount to multiply yields efficiently without manual intervention.

$LOOP serves as the central growth engine for the project. Its utility includes providing staking multipliers that increase a user's share of 'LoopDrops' (airdropped rewards), participating in protocol governance, and benefiting from a buyback mechanism. Specifically, 10% of performance fees generated by Liquid Looping Token products are used to buy back $LOOP on the open market to support the ecosystem's long-term sustainability and circular economy.

The $LOOP token follows a unique vesting schedule where token unlocks are triggered by protocol growth rather than the passage of time. Releases are tied strictly to Total Value Locked (TVL) milestones. For instance, phases were triggered at $5M and $50M TVL, with subsequent unlocks planned for the $100M and $1B milestones. This model ensures that the circulating supply only increases as the protocol achieves significant adoption targets, aligning the interests of the project with its users.

AutoLoop is an automated management engine responsible for maintaining the leverage of Liquid Looping Tokens. It performs daily rebalancing to optimize recursive staking trades while ensuring positions remain within safe risk parameters. By automating these adjustments, the protocol manages the complexities of liquidation risk and exchange ratios, allowing users to earn optimized yields without needing to manually monitor their collateral-to-debt ratios or perform complex on-chain maneuvers.

LoopDrops are rewards from partner protocols that are captured by the Collective's vaults and distributed to the community. Users earn points toward these rewards by holding Liquid Looping Tokens (LLTs) in their wallets or utilizing them across supported DeFi platforms on the network. Staking $LOOP tokens provides a significant multiplier on these points, allowing dedicated participants to maximize their share of distributed rewards from partner ecosystem airdrops.

$LOOP is available for trading on major decentralized exchanges within the HyperEVM ecosystem. For users preferring mobile access, the project has established partnerships with integrated fintech applications that allow for direct interaction with looping vaults and automated strategies.
