NVDAX is an on-chain token that represents NVIDIA Corporation shares, providing a digital counterpart to the traditional stock. It is fully backed 1:1 by actual NVIDIA shares held with regulated custodians and is issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited. Powered by xStocks Alliance, NVDAX is designed to mirror the real-time market price of NVIDIA's stock, enabling users to gain exposure to NVDA's value in a blockchain environment.

Each NVDAX token is collateralized on a 1:1 basis, meaning one NVDAX token corresponds to one actual share of NVIDIA Corporation stock. These underlying shares are securely held and custodied by regulated financial entities. Currently, there is no management fee directly associated with holding NVDAX.
