Kyo Credits are reward points designed to incentivize active participation on the Kyo Finance platform. Users can earn these credits by utilizing the decentralized exchange's core features, such as swapping assets and providing liquidity to various pools. These credits serve as a metric for user engagement and are often viewed by the community as a precursor to future rewards or potential token distributions within the Soneium ecosystem.

Users can verify their eligibility for past campaigns, such as the Astar Surge or early mainnet tasks, by accessing the official Airdrop Checker provided by the project. To maximize future allocations, community members are encouraged to maintain consistent transaction volume, contribute liquidity to primary pairs like ETH/USDC, and obtain ecosystem-specific identifiers like Soneium OG badges through active community participation.

The KYO token is the central utility and governance asset for the platform. It employs a vote-escrowed (ve) model where holders can lock their KYO tokens to receive veKYO. This process grants users governance power to vote on protocol developments and liquidity incentives. Furthermore, locking tokens allows participants to earn a share of the protocol's trading fees, aligning long-term holder interests with the platform's growth.

KYO tokens are available for trading on major exchanges such as LBank, as well as the native Kyo Finance decentralized exchange on the Soneium network. To interact with the DEX, users need to bridge assets like ETH from Ethereum or Base to the Soneium Layer-2 blockchain. Reliable bridging solutions for this process include Superbridge or Relay, which facilitate the transfer of assets into the Soneium ecosystem.

Kyo Finance is a cornerstone project of the Soneium ecosystem and was a winner of the Soneium Spark incubation program, receiving direct support and incubation from the Soneium team. The project’s roadmap features phases like 'Nagoya' and 'Tokyo,' which focus on implementing advanced technologies such as intent-based trading and AI-powered cross-chain solvers to optimize liquidity and reduce transaction friction for users.

Kyo Finance prioritizes security by undergoing multiple audits from recognized firms such as PeckShield and Zellic. While these audits verify code integrity, liquidity providers should remain aware of risks like impermanent loss, especially when participating in high-yield pools within the ve(3,3) model.
