(DEXTF)

Memento (DEXTF), formerly known as Domani Protocol, is an asset management protocol designed for the cryptocurrency space. It aims to simplify investing in diverse digital assets by offering non-custodial tokenized portfolios. Developed by Memento Blockchain, it allows users to create, trade, and redeem XTF token funds on established blockchains like Ethereum. Each XTF token represents a digital-native fund, providing liquidity and flexibility for investors. Memento is also an RWA (Real World Asset) project, developing blockchain-based infrastructure for traditional financial institutions, notably with Memento ZK Chain, an institutional-grade Ethereum Layer 2 solution built with Deutsche Bank.

Memento (DEXTF) facilitates multi-asset investment through highly liquid tokenized XTF funds, enabling users to manage their investments without relinquishing control, ensuring ownership and security in DeFi. It's also an RWA project, developing blockchain infrastructure for traditional financial institutions to adopt this technology. Memento, in collaboration with Deutsche Bank, built Memento ZK Chain, an institutional-grade Ethereum Layer 2 solution. This chain is designed for tokenized fund management and RWA tokenization, focusing on security, scalability, and compliance, thereby bridging traditional finance with the blockchain ecosystem.

DEXTF is an ERC-20 token that evolved from a governance token for the Digital Fund Management Protocol into the native multi-utility asset of the Memento ecosystem, including Memento ZKChain. Its utility includes governance and voting rights, allowing holders to influence protocol changes. It serves as a utility token for transaction fees within Memento DFM and Memento ZKChain. Users can stake DEXTF to earn rewards, and it's used for cross-chain fund distribution within Memento ZKChain. DEXTF also powers a node-based infrastructure, enables liquidity provision for rewards, and provides access to new products and services within the ecosystem.

The visionaries behind Memento (DEXTF), originally known as Domani Protocol, are Nicola Lanteri, Mario Aquino, Federico Cristina, and Fabrizio Audisio. They are responsible for driving the innovation and development of this asset management protocol.

Creating a fund on Memento's platform is a four-step process. First, users click on the 'Create Fund' icon. Second, they choose a unique ticker symbol for their XTF token fund. Third, users select the digital assets to include in the fund and define their relative weights. Finally, they assign a Risk Rating to the fund and add details about its investment strategy. After these steps are completed, the fund can be successfully launched.

Memento (DEXTF) can be traded on various cryptocurrency exchanges. For instance, users can acquire DEXTF through different markets on LBank, including spot trading, and it can be purchased using various payment methods available on the platform.
