Dante (dGPU) is a decentralized GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform built on the Solana blockchain. It enables individuals to monetize their idle GPU resources by renting them to AI developers and researchers. By leveraging blockchain technology, it provides a decentralized infrastructure that serves as an alternative to traditional centralized cloud providers, offering a scalable and efficient environment for high-performance artificial intelligence workloads.

Dante (dGPU) stands out through its specialized ecosystem features, specifically Dantian AI and Agora. Dantian AI is an integrated AI agent designed to automatically optimize the matching process between complex AI workloads and available hardware. Furthermore, the project features Agora, a marketplace for AI agents that can be rented on a pay-per-use basis. This unique combination of hardware optimization and an agent marketplace creates a comprehensive ecosystem for AI development that goes beyond simple hardware rental.

The dGPU token is available for trading on major cryptocurrency exchanges such as LBank, as well as various decentralized exchanges within the Solana ecosystem. Within the platform, dGPU serves as the native utility token. While the ecosystem may support multiple payment methods, utilizing dGPU provides users with specific advantages, including service fee discounts, ecosystem incentives, and lower costs for both hardware providers and renters. This utility drives the internal economy of the decentralized compute network.

To earn rewards, participants must contribute their hardware's processing power by installing the Dante CLI or provider daemon. The system utilizes a minute-based billing structure, where earnings are streamed directly to the provider's digital wallet. Rewards are distributed based on the total duration of the rental and the specific market demand for the hardware provided. This allows users to generate value from their hardware assets whenever they are not in personal use.

Providers generally require high-performance hardware to support modern AI workloads. Compatible hardware includes NVIDIA GPUs (such as the RTX 30 or 40-series, A100, and H100) or ROCm-compatible AMD GPUs. On the software side, a Linux-based system like Ubuntu is recommended, though Windows is supported via virtualization. Minimum hardware specifications typically include at least 8GB of RAM and 20GB of free storage space to ensure the provider daemon operates smoothly and can handle incoming tasks.

Renters can access high-performance computing power by connecting a compatible Solana-based wallet and using dGPU or other supported tokens; no traditional credit cards are required. Regarding security, the project's core infrastructure is open-sourced on GitHub for transparency, allowing for community review. The dGPU token itself is a standard SPL token on the Solana blockchain. This decentralized approach ensures that compute resources and transactions are managed through transparent protocols rather than centralized intermediaries.
