Danaher xStock (DHRx) is a tokenized asset issued by Backed Finance, a Swiss-based company specializing in bringing real-world assets onto the blockchain. It is designed as a tracker certificate where each token represents one share of Danaher Corporation. While it tracks the price of the underlying asset, it is a digital token rather than a traditional brokerage-held share.

Every DHRx token is backed 1:1 by actual shares of Danaher Corporation held in custody by regulated third-party custodians.
