The CEO title operates under a Harberger Tax system to maintain active participation. The sitting CEO must pay a daily tax of 0.1% of their self-set valuation in CIG tokens. If the CEO fails to pay this tax, a 'whistleblower' can trigger a Dutch auction to remove them. This process rewards the whistleblower and ensures the title remains in the hands of those actively supporting the ecosystem.
The CEO holds significant influence over the project's parameters. They can adjust CIG emission and mining rewards by up to 20% every two days, directly impacting the tokenomics.
