Charred Treasures is a Real World Asset (RWA) project focused on the tokenization of high-end collectibles. Specifically, the protocol targets the acquisition and management of rare "Grail" Pokémon cards, primarily 1999 1st Edition PSA 10 Base Set Charizards. By leveraging blockchain technology, the project allows users to access fractional ownership of physical, authenticated assets that are securely stored in a professional vault.

The project treats these specific cards as the premier "blue-chip" assets of the collectible world. These cards are chosen due to their immense cultural significance, established market demand, and extremely limited supply. By focusing on a high-liquidity asset class within the collectibles ecosystem, the project aims to provide a clear and concentrated value proposition based on the historical recognition and scarcity of these physical items.

Every token is backed by physical, authenticated cards held in a secure vault. To ensure transparency, the project provides serial numbers and proof-of-custody for all cards within the collection. This allows token holders to verify that the digital tokens correspond to genuine, high-grade physical assets being managed by the protocol’s curators.

The protocol implements a structured fee on trades to ensure continuous ecosystem expansion. A significant portion of these fees is directed into the "Vault," providing the capital necessary for acquiring additional cards. A smaller percentage is allocated to protocol operations and maintenance. This mechanism creates a self-sustaining cycle where trading activity directly funds the growth of the underlying physical asset collection.

The "6-Lever Flywheel" is the project’s strategic framework for growth. It includes the organic value appreciation of the physical collection, strategic procurement through a global network, and reinvestment of ecosystem fees. Additionally, the protocol utilizes lending against vaulted assets to acquire more cards, generates potential cash flow from licensing, and manages token liquidity as the net asset value of the collection increases.

The project includes a dedicated "Exit Mechanism" designed to protect token holders. If the project's valuation remains significantly below the net asset value of the physical collection for a prolonged period, an exit process can be initiated. This involves the liquidation of the physical assets held in the vault and the distribution of the proceeds to token holders, establishing a floor based on the underlying real-world assets.
