CARD is the native ERC-20 token residing on the Ethereum Mainnet. In contrast, CARD.CPXD is a wrapped version of the token specifically used on the Gnosis Chain within the Card Pay protocol. To use the token within the platform’s high-speed environment, users must bridge their CARD from the Ethereum Mainnet to the Gnosis Chain. This multi-chain approach allows the ecosystem to leverage the security of Ethereum while providing a more scalable and cost-effective experience for daily transactions and application usage.

CARD tokens can be traded on reputable digital asset trading platforms, including LBank and other leading global exchanges. While the native ERC-20 token is widely available for trading on these platforms, the wrapped version used within the app must typically be bridged back to the Ethereum Mainnet before it can be moved to an external exchange. Users manage their tokens through the Card Wallet, which utilizes smart-contract security to handle staking and payments.

Boxel is Cardstack’s advanced development framework that enables the creation of "isomorphic" applications, where code runs seamlessly on both client and server sides. It focuses on composability, allowing software components to be plugged together like building blocks. Card Space (now evolved into creator profiles) is a no-code tool designed for creators. It functions as a decentralized storefront, allowing users to set up Web3-enabled pages and modules without requiring technical expertise.
