Botto is an AI-driven artist governed by a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). Every week, the AI generates 350 art fragments. Token holders use their influence to vote on these pieces, and the most popular fragment is minted as a 1/1 NFT to be sold via premier art platforms. The AI then uses this voting data to "learn" and evolve its style, ensuring the artist grows alongside its community's preferences.

The $BOTTO token has three primary functions. First, it is used for governance, allowing holders to vote on proposals that shape the project’s future. Second, staking $BOTTO generates Voting Points (VP), which are necessary to participate in the artistic training of the AI. Third, it enables revenue sharing, where active voters receive a portion of the proceeds from the weekly NFT sales as a reward for their contribution to the curation process.

To earn Active Rewards, you must stake $BOTTO tokens on supported networks like Ethereum or the Base network. Unlike passive staking, these rewards require active participation. You must use your Voting Points to vote on the weekly art fragments. Currently, 40% of the revenue from weekly auctions is distributed to voters. Payouts are typically made in ETH or $BOTTO and are proportional to your level of voting activity during that period.

Voting Points (VP) represent your influence in training the AI artist and cannot be bought directly on exchanges. Instead, they are generated daily by staking $BOTTO tokens; the more you stake, the more VP you accumulate. Additionally, holding specific NFTs like the "Botto Access Pass" provides a baseline of VP. The project may also offer bonus VP for social engagement to help new community members begin participating in the voting process immediately.

The selection process is decentralized and community-driven. While humans developed the underlying framework, the AI independently generates thousands of fragments using various generative models. The community’s votes are the sole factor in determining which piece is eventually minted as a 1/1 NFT. Human involvement is strictly limited to minor administrative tasks, such as correcting technical typos or punctuation in the AI-generated descriptions to ensure the final mint is polished.

$BOTTO is available for trading on reputable exchanges like LBank, as well as various decentralized exchanges (DEXs). The project supports both the Ethereum mainnet and the Base network. Utilizing the Base network is often preferred by the community for staking and voting because it offers significantly lower gas fees compared to Ethereum, making it more accessible for users to participate in the DAO's weekly feedback loop and reward system.
