BlockCycle ($BLOC) is an innovative Solana-based token project designed to reward active traders in real-time. It aims to incentivize engagement with the blockchain by offering rewards for completing tasks and active participation. BlockCycle operates as an hourly lottery token, putting on-chain trading activity at the center of its reward system. The project seeks to create a dynamic ecosystem where users can earn rewards for their actions.
Every hour, the BlockCycle protocol scans blockchain activity. It selects five random wallets to receive rewards from a 5% tax collected on every trade (buy or sell) of $BLOC. To be eligible, traders need to have held at least $100 worth of $BLOC throughout that hour. The selection process uses a public Solana blockhash as a randomness seed, and wallets with larger purchase volumes have a higher chance of being selected. This system aims to incentivize fair, organic trading while penalizing manipulative behavior. Rewards are distributed from the collected tax and are verifiable, with draw data published hourly.
BLOC tokens have been distributed through airdrops. Participants in the BlockCycle Airdrop could earn up to 52,500 $BLOC tokens by completing various tasks, such as joining Telegram channels, retweeting posts, commenting with a Solana address, or inviting friends. To withdraw airdrop rewards, a minimum of 6 tasks needed to be completed. Beyond airdrops, BLOC can be bought and traded on various cryptocurrency platforms.
BlockCycle ($BLOC) has a total supply of approximately 995.7 million to 996.03 million BLOC tokens. The allocation is 100% to the liquidity pool. A 5% trading tax is applied to every buy and sell, with 100% of this tax going towards funding the hourly reward draws.
