Internal transfer is a convenient feature provided by LBank, allowing users to quickly and freely transfer cryptocurrencies to other users within the platform without blockchain confirmation, achieving instant crediting. You only need the recipient’s UID, phone number, or email to complete the transfer, with 2FA Verification for enhanced fund security.

📌Note: For the first internal transfer, you must bind Google Authenticator.

How-to Steps

Web

Login & Navigate to「Withdraw」

1. Visit and log in to LBank Official Website;

2. Tap「Assets」>「Withdrawal」.

Confirm the Withdrawal Order

1. Switch to「Internal Transfer」, select the transfer method:「UID」,「Email」or「Phone Number」;

2. Using UID as example: Enter the recipient’s「UID」(or corresponding email/phone) and the withdrawal amount.

3. Optionally add a「Note」for important information, then click「Confirm」to submit.

3. After submission, complete「Email Verification」and「Google Authentication」as required. Once verified, the system will process it automatically.

View Withdrawal Status and Records

1. Go to「Assets」, then navigate to「Funding History > Spot History」;

2. Filter by「Bill Type > Withdrawal」to view details.

Login & Navigate to「Withdraw」

1. Log in to the LBank App, then go to「Assets > Withdraw」;

2. Select a target cryptocurrency from the crypto list or search by keyword.

Confirm the Withdrawal Order

View Withdrawal Status & Records

1. After successful submission, tap「Go to Assets Page」to return;

2. Or tap「View Withdrawal Details」to check the relevant records.

Precautions

1. Delisted Assets Cannot Be Traded: Internal trading functions for spot-delisted coins have been fully suspended on the platform, preventing buying or selling. Only on-chain withdrawals to external wallets are supported.

2. Confirm Withdraw Detials: Before withdrawing, carefully verify the recipient’s UID,phone number and email. Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed, and errors may result in permanent asset loss.

3. Withdrawal Limits & Fees: Each asset has a minimum withdrawal amount; amounts below this cannot be processed. Note that internal transfer incurs no fee.
